Last week I gave an "NR" shiur on a pervasive FALSE explanation of what we mean when we call Hashem "Ha'Makom." (That shiur isn't available online, but if you want a link to the video, let me know and I'll send it to you.) This evening (4/7/22), in our tefilah shiur, we attempted to arrive at a TRUE understanding - one which is consistent with the yesodei ha'Torah, the Mesorah, and reason. I believe we succeeded. (I guess you'll tell me!) We then attempted to explain why we use this unusual name of God in the Haggadah. Did we succeed? You tell me! And if you have a better answer, please do share!
