The challenge was understand the context and the lack of qualifications (e.g. Why "strategies" rather than "good strategies"? Why "abundant" counsel rather than "wise counsel"?) By putting our heads together in an effort to generate "abundant counsel," we came up with one nice approach together, and then explored some of the ideas in the meforshim.
