After reviewing the insight from yesterday, we sharpened our own approach and Rabbeinu Yonah's approach. We then spent the last portion of shiur going over practical strategies for overcoming laziness based on James Clear's "Atomic Habits" and BJ Fogg's "Tiny Habits."
